In novelist Aoi Shirokiya’s works, setsuna is often linked to present-moment mindfulness and its importance in healing emotional wounds and dealing with life hardships. In another work, “Setsuna no Sora”, by Rie Murai, the beauty of moments is depicted through descriptions of the passing nature of a single night sky.
